We were in the downstairs dining room with one other family so it was quiet. We ordered some good plates to share. Food was good and waiter was very attentive and friendly.

Traditional local food, good quality but a bit heavy. The service was attentive and very courteous. Moderately priced menu including a good bottle of local wine.

Wow!!! What a great meal we had today! The highest quality of seafood and meat only found in Michelin Star restaurants. Their wine list has an excellent selection of Spanish wine. Christian and Jonathan have taken the family restaurant (4th Generation family owned) to the next level. Can’t wait to come back.

The paradores have a lot of common approaches across the chain - not surprising and a way of ensuring that overall standards are good, but it can also seem like it discourages local initiative at times. Not in the Restaurante Parador de Gredos though. The food was excellent, with imaginitive touches and a feel for the locality. The service was efficient but at the same time friendly and relaxed. We ate in several parador restaurants and bars during our recent visit to Spain, and the Restaurante Parador de Gredos was without any doubt the best. And if you're visiting, take the opportunity to take your post-prandial coffee up to the balcony of the hotel and drink in spectacular views over the trees and the mountains, and enjoy the peace and tranquility.

Great find in Salamanca! The food was really nice, I loved the fact that chef came out from the kitchen to recommend dishes and later on checked on us again. It´s very professional! It´s a bit more expensive though comparing with the rest of Salamanca, but it´s definetely worth it paying the service. I would go again. Thanks for a lovely evening.
